DAWN OF ASHES Releases New Single “Scars Of The Broken”; New album available for pre-order

Los Angeles-based industrial metal band Dawn Of Ashes have released their new single and title track from their upcoming album, “Scars Of The Broken.” Thematically it’s about leitmotifs such as depression and mental health, stylistically it’s a spectacular work that evokes the memories of industrial and EBM greats such as Nitzer Ebb and Godflesh.
Frontman Kristof Bathory: “This self-titled song is dedicated to anyone who feels broken in some way or has to deal with things that keep them from moving forward and looking forward. Sometimes, it feels like you’re alone or loving others don’t understand you. It’s a struggle to be able to free yourself from such thoughts. They are literally the scars of the broken. You carry your wounds as a reminder of what that you had to go through to be where you are today. . It’s like war wounds that prove survivors can handle anything in life,”
