Nancy Dubuc joins the Board of Directors of Warner Music Group

NEW YORK, July 13, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Warner Music Group Corp. (“WMG”) today announced the election of Nancy Dubuc to the Company’s Board of Directors, including as Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Executive Committee, effective today.

At the same time, Thomas H. Lee announced his intention to step down from the company’s board of directors after more than 17 years of service. In 2004, he led the group of investors that bought the company from Time Warner. In light of his many contributions to the Warner Music Group, Lee was awarded the title of Director Emeritus.

Dubuc is currently CEO of VICE Media Group, the largest independent youth media company. Since joining VICE in 2018, she has led the expansion and cultural transformation of the company’s global operations. Prior to joining VICE, Dubuc was President and CEO of A + E Networks. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation as an inspiring designer with a history of exceptional success in innovative programming. She was appointed to Fortunethe list of the 50 most influential businesswomen, Hollywood journalist‘s annual Power 100, and Vanity FairList of new establishments. She also currently serves on the board of directors of Vice Media LLC and Flutter Entertainment PLC.
