With 60FPS gameplay, FF7 Remake Intergrade feels as good as the real-time combat that compliments it. Its newly-realized narrative sets up the world and characters perfectly for old fans of the original and new ones, while also introducing a new combat system that makes taking down bosses exhilarating.

Along with the main campaign, Intergrade also treats PS5 players with additional content in the form of Intermission of the episode which adds more substance to the main campaign as well as the teenage ninja herself, Yuffie.

No matter how many times I revisit Transmitted by blood I always manage to have fun and it comes from someone who barely considers themselves average at Soulsborne games.

In this horror-filled journey, you take on the role of your own customizable hunter tasked with ridding the ancient city of Yharnam of monstrous beasts while attempting to uncover a deeper plot.

As you travel between beautiful Gothic environments, you’ll spend hours attacking and shooting with a plethora of weapons, but that’s not a bad thing. It can seem exhausting at times, but the replayability of Transmitted by blood is there and will only make you better in the long run.

The feeling of freedom in which the player is given Breath of the wild is still amazing. The game strays so far from the other main games in the franchise that sometimes you forget you’re actually playing a Zelda Thu.

This version of Hyrule is huge and littered with secrets ready for the player to discover, and best of all, it’s all accessible. Breath of the wild lets you climb, literally, whatever you look at, whether it’s a snow-capped mountain peak in the distance or an island in the middle of the sea.

Beneath the surface lies a story that you must solve on your own as you piece together Link’s forgotten memories 100 years after he woke up, prompting you to solve the mystery. RoyalThe best moments of ‘revolved around its main cast of characters, The Phantom Thieves, who are each unique in their style and turn-based abilities. It may take you up to 100 hours to complete the main campaign, but every hour is worth your time.

Persona 5 RoyalExploring dungeons might be its biggest draw, but it’s just one of the many things you can do in the game as it’s also a simulation of life. Completing activities, traveling through Tokyo in Japan, and earning the trust of fellow Phantom Thieves members is also a vital part of game progress and your journey. Plus, who would have thought that going to school could be fun?

NieR: Automata

NieR: Automata has some of the best fighting of all RPGs, there’s no question about it. Its smooth combo, hack and slash gameplay, accompanied by emotional storytelling and original soundtrack, takes you on a gripping journey that spans multiple endings.

Playing from three angles, you can explore a dystopian city, uncovering its mysteries while battling hordes of robotic enemies with your trusty Pod and a wide range of weapons at your disposal.

Automatons excels at telling a complex story while making the gameplay as addicting as you want, and you’ll be talking about it for years to come. This insanely existential storytelling is one of the best tales in RPGs, and you have to play it.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a dream to play if you are a fan of all things fantasy, as the game has it all, including jaw-dropping visuals and incredible attention to detail that make exploring the world in as Geralt of Rivia a pleasure to play.

Fantastic Tale finds the player searching for answers across the continent’s many realms, resulting in a once-in-a-lifetime journey filled with some of the best role-playing games of all time, albeit considered to have a lengthy campaign.

The characters, who have become as emblematic as other notables Final fantasy protagonists, are the heart and soul of the story and its passionate creators ensure that the player fully experiences it. You are not a spectator in the narrative, but rather are actively involved in the overall outcome, making it a deeply personal journey to experience.

I don’t even have enough words to complete its diverse range of work options, fantastic raid and dungeon design, enjoyable side quests for when you need a break, plus hundreds and hundreds. hours of extra content to scratch the itch (I’m not kidding, there is so much to do).

It’s no secret that FFXIV launched in a bad state, but put those thoughts aside because the game has progressed exceptionally since then. Plus, there’s more to look forward to with the launch of the final MMORPG expansion in history a decade later this year. Also, rabbit boys!
